The Steeping Ritual:
- Heat: Bring fresh spring water to a boil and let it cool slightly to approximately 200°F (93°C).
- Measure: Place 1 teaspoon of the Respiratory Compound into your favorite teapot or tea infuser.
- Infuse: Pour the hot spring water over the botanicals. Cover tightly and allow the blend to steep for 5–7 minutes to fully awaken and release its electric mineral properties.
- Serve: Strain the living infusion into your mug and enjoy with conscious intention.
- Honor the Plant: Do not discard your herbs. This potent blend can be reused 2–3 times. Simply store the used botanicals in a sealed container in your refrigerator between steepings.
